His 20+ years of expertise were built across a diverse range of industries including roles at mobile telecom, manufacturing goods, internet and financial services.

James has over 20 years sales leadership experience in the Payments industry. He is driven by helping customers deliver innovative and value based solutions and has spent the last 7 years helping Mastercard expand Real Time Payments across the globe including their Open Banking propositions.

Katie specialises in scaling marketing departments, delivering rebrands and impactful campaigns to support business growth. She brings over 15 years global marketing experience across multiple industries including tech, finance, FMCG, fashion and wellness. Katie is an advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and enjoys creating a healthy company culture.

Nihal has 20 years of cross-functional business expertise in banking technology. She is passionate about developing and delivering customer value propositions, and taking them to market. She has been a GTM advisor at the IFC [World Bank], helping FIs with their digital banking transformation projects. She is also a Founding Board Member of the MENA Fintech Association.

Rajeev spent 17 years delivering business transformation projects and programmes within finance, digital, and health for clients in the UK, EU, North America, and Asia. Since 2015, his focus has shifted to financial services, specifically Open Banking & Open Finance.

Rajesh, with over two decades of experience in the tech industry, has thrived in diverse roles from development, consulting, product and account management. Blending his engineering and MBA backgrounds, he has excelled in multiple industries across the US, UK and India.

Suzanne is a seasoned commercial lawyer who has honed her legal expertise across several senior legal roles within the financial services sector, including at the UK Open Banking Implementation Entity (OBIE). Suzanne is responsible for all legal affairs at Ozone, including overseeing, identifying and dealing with all legal and compliance issues and supporting Ozone’s success through pragmatic and strategic counsel.

Vaibhav is a seasoned technologist and an innovator with over 16 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and reliable distributed systems. He brings valuable experience from leading development of enterprise-grade networking and security products at VMware.
