No Open Banking

There are a few ways for the implementation of Open Banking. While nothing has been adopted at the legislative level, some Kyrgyz banks participated in the information exchange project and tried to exchange cross-border data and data according to the Evrazes standards.

Kyrgyzstan has a two-tier banking system in which the first level of the system is represented by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the second by the commercial banks.
